The leadership team of NxGen COACH Network reached out for us to organize an intimate tour and visit to the historic New York Stock Exchange. This was the culminating event for the one-year Governance Training Camp, a leadership development program for a select group of C-levels on a trajectory into private board rooms.

We worked with the CEO to set clear goals for the event, so our event management could align with his vision at every step.
Goals:
To curate a tour of the historic starting point for publicly listed companies in America.
To celebrate the culmination of the one-year intensive Governance Training Camp.

We set a weekly meeting with each stakeholder group over the two months leading to the event. This allowed us to curate an internal event playbook & checklist to account for every aspect.
We then coordinated with each of the participants to coordinate flights, ensure adequate accomodation, and provide a curated itinerary for the day.

We coordinated and led the two hour visit of the New York Stock Exchange, alongside a designated tour guide.

At the end of the event, the key stakeholders stayed back for a thorough debrief of the event. As requested, we collected and provided a detailed feedback report for future events for effective in-house organization.
